These buildings are laid out according to a strip arrangement, creating an ordered and functional design which sets out clear entrances, highly versatile and multi-purpose spaces.
Exists a main communications strip, which represent the backbone of the design, created as a glazed area with climbing vegetation and scattered courtyards that cause interesting sequences for the visitor/user. This linear corridor runs along the roof, appearing as a lantern, which acts as a complaint from the outside.
From the inside we search the accentuated views with volumes that curt across the building. Each floor contains a meeting room that search the bay landscape and Cabo de Gata.
